Nawadigit FZE, a free zone establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, trading as Jobitizer ("Jobitizer", "we", "us"), provides career advisory services for professionals in Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf. Nawadigit FZE is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have — consistent with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) where it applies to residents of Saudi Arabia, and other applicable data protection laws.

By using jobitizer.com or submitting any of our forms, you consent to the processing described in this policy.
1. Data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly or that is generated by your use of the site:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
- Career information — your CV file, LinkedIn URL, career level, target roles and countries, job-search urgency, current and target salary, and the challenges you tell us about. We ask for salary information only to recommend the right service; providing it is optional where marked.
- Account & payment data — if you become a client: your portal account details and payment records. Card and PayPal credentials are processed by our payment providers; we never see or store your card details.
- Usage data — standard analytics such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected via cookies and similar technologies.
2. Why we use it
- To deliver the service you asked for — including your CV review, coaching sessions, and career reports.
- To contact you about your request by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To prepare your review, we may process your CV and intake answers using AI-assisted analysis tools reviewed by our advisors.
- To process payments and manage your account.
- To improve our website and services (analytics).
- To send occasional service updates or offers — you can opt out at any time.
We process your data on the basis of your consent (which you may withdraw at any time) and, where you purchase services, the performance of our contract with you.
3. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run Jobitizer, under appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting & infrastructure — Vercel (website), Supabase (secure database and file storage).
- Email delivery — Resend.
- Payments — PayPal and, where applicable, bank-transfer processing.
- AI processing — OpenAI, to assist our advisors in analyzing CVs. Your data is not used to train their models.
- Analytics — Google Analytics / Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity.
Some of these providers store data outside the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on providers with recognized security certifications and contractual data-protection commitments, as permitted by applicable data protection law.
4. How long we keep it
We keep lead and enquiry data while your request is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. Client records are kept for the duration of the engagement and as required for legal, accounting, or tax purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
5. Your rights
Under UAE and Saudi data protection law you have the right to:
- Know what personal data we hold about you and request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect processing already carried out).

6. Security
Your CV and personal data are stored in access-controlled systems, encrypted in transit, and available only to team members who need them to serve you. No system is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for essential site functions and analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) to understand how visitors use the site and improve it. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
8. Children
Our services are intended for professionals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
